A real estate sales consultant is responsible for listing and selling residential, rural and commercial properties in the Muswellbrook and Upper Hunter area and must be prepared to meet ongoing sales targets set.


The Sales Support role is an integral part of the Warburton sales team. This position is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the sales team.


Warburton Estate Agents are constantly on the lookout for experienced Property Managers to lead our property management team. Warburton Estate Agents have one of the largest Real Estate Rent Rolls in the Upper Hunter area managing residential, commercial, retail, industrial and rural properties. The Property Manager is accountable for the overall management of our rental property portfolio.


A Property Officer is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the management and maintenance of our rental property portfolio. Warburton Estate Agents consider the property officer’s role to be an important commencement platform for future Property Managers and Sales Consultants within our team. It is our aim to provide all the essential training for the right people as an introduction to the real estate industry.


The Administration Assistant position comes with mixed responsibilities which relate to both general office administration, including receptionist duties and assistance in the management of rental properties and sales support.


At Warburton Estate Agents, the Receptionist is considered as the “Director of First Impressions”. Like with many industries, the receptionist is required to undertake telephonist duties as well as provide administrative support for our real estate practice in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect and protect our reputation in the real estate industry.
